Terms of Service
General Terms
- Finished pieces will be uploaded publicly to tumblr and may be used as examples. You will be tagged.
--- You may request for it not to be public.
- Pieces will be heavily watermarked. You may request an unwatermarked version, but you are NOT allowed to repost that version.
--- If you publicly repost the unwatermarked piece, I will block you and I will not accept any future commissions from you.
Client Usage
- Commissioner may use artwork for personal use. (icon, header, etc.)
- May not use artwork on physical merchandise unless previously discussed.
- Credits must be given to @chasmbreach of some sort.
Artist Rights
- I have the right to decline a commission if I am unable to fulfill it.
- Unless transferred, the artwork copyright is to me.
- I do not allow my artwork to be used in NFT trading or AI training.
Updates
- I will send you a sketch to confirm and go over any details I missed.
- If I accidentally made any major mistakes on the pieces, tell me so I can correct it, no extra charges.
--- This even goes for completed pieces with major mistakes. They will be corrected free of charge.
- Unless I do not update you for over months, please do not nag me.
Payment (USD)
- Commissions are paid upfront and in full.
--- Do not send payment if I have not confirmed that I will take your commission
- Character Complexity is taken account of and will have an increase in price, be it complex markings or clothing.
- Commissions will only begin after being paid.
